EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICY

We at Mundo Rich hope you love your new purchase. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, please email info@mundorich.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to discuss your individual circumstance.

WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT YOUR RETUTN FOR AN EXCHANGE; SUBJECT TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW.

  • Products can exchanged within 7 days of ship date, except sales items.
  • Exchanged items are required to drop off at UPS and USPS within the 7 days exchange period to be considered for exchange.
  • Customers shall be responsible for the shipping cost.
  • You must ensure that the exchange product remain unused, in the original condition as when you received, original packaging with the tags intact (including gifts, instructions, tags, thank you card… etc.).

WE DO NOT PROVIDE RETURN / EXCHANGE SERVICE FOR PRODUCTS WITH FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  • Accessories
  • Final Sale Items (Final Sale Clothing are indicated as "Final Sale")
  • Any damage caused by individual factors, such as:
  • (a) Products have been used, or any damage/ taint caused by wearing or use, (including the smell of personal cosmetic) which would affect secondary business sales.
  • (b) Products altered or washed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do not provide any return/ exchange service for international orders (exclude Canada and Mexico), unless the cause is on our end.
  • International customers (Canada & Mexico) shall be responsible for the shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return or exchange service.
